The current terms and conditions declare the conditions under which GROUPE TEC makes available to their clients on the site (www.tecsolution.com hereafter referred to as the “site”) the conditions under which the clients and prospects (hereafter referred to as the “visitors”) have access to the site and use it.

The current terms and conditions do not substitute the general conditions of use regarding the services offered by the different companies within the group TEC La Solution, by which all customers must adhere. The general conditions of use for services offered by GROUPE TEC to its clients incorporates the present terms and conditions.

The period in which a visitor has access to a site, even if this access is free, temporary or trial-based, is governed by the terms and conditions, that the visitor must acknowledge, having read and understood it.

GROUPE TEC is a Limited Liability Company, with a capital of 2 436 287euros, whose headquarters are located at 25 rue de Chazelles, 75017 Paris, with a unique identification number of 401 915 434 RCS Paris (for the ‘company’).

The company’s president is Mr Pierre Fontaine and the General Director is Mr Pascal Alexandre.

The role of the company is buying, selling, brokering, and the representation of all products and services, including advertising space purchases, no matter the type of media, present or future, without being limited to, print press, media, audiovisual, online/internet, intranet or all other digital networks, cable networks, computer networks, satellite/cable/free-to-air TV, monitored hosting networks and sites, and for all destinations or operations regarding information, advertising or communication – acquiring investments and participants in all companies.

The Site was declared to the CNIL the 22th february 2001.

The name “TEC La Solution” has been submitted for trademark registration with the National Institute for Industrial Property.

Mr Fontaine assumes the role of director of the publication of the website.
